My Christian School

International Christian Academy (ICA) in Guatemala City, Guatemala, is an educational center that defies the traditional concept of a school. As a micro-school, ICA specializes in individualized learning for children with distinct educational needs. They primarily serve families actively working on the mission field, providing a form of education often financially out of reach for those on a missionary's salary. This year, 40 students from 20 families—representing 7 countries and 10 Christian ministries and missions—are enrolled across preschool, primary, middle school, and high school levels. More than half of these families dedicate their lives to serving various marginalized or underserved communities in Guatemala. By addressing these challenges and offering various levels of scholarships, ICA not only supports these families but also empowers them to continue their invaluable work within these communities.

ICA's management has a great heart and is committed to serving others. They are deeply dedicated to academic excellence, fostering a culture of love for one another and for God, and, above all, equipping their students to become faithful witnesses to God's plan through the sacrifice of Jesus Christ (1 John 5:4).
